It’s always hard to return to train after holidays. And with liquid chalk which is mandatory at Block’Out, I lose my climbing base. I tested my climbing level and my strength, my finger strength too and abs.

Here is my levels before my holidays:

So, I lose finger strength, push strength too. I succeeded to limit this decrease by bring a finger board homemade which can be suspended. I bring it during my holidays to be able to make suspension exercises even when I far from rocks.

But there is nothing like climbing! And I didn’t climb for three weeks. Now, I must climb again as often as I can and practice few training, just what it needs.
